TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Payment
All payment is completed through Square invoices. Accepts all major card issuers, no account is needed to purchase. I do not accept PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, etc.
Payment is made prior to starting commission work. Full refunds are garunteed up until the first sketch is sent. After first sketch, half refunds are available on a case-by-case basis.2. Turnaround
Turnaround times are variable, and I expect that commissioners trust and respect my time. Current wait is approximately 4-6 weeks, but can be shorter or longer. If that's unacceptable, I suggest buying elsewhere. Rush projects can be discussed for a rush fee. Please give me at least two weeks before asking for an update, this conserves your time and mine.
After first sketch, the client is able to request changes- please be clear and concise with your changes. Send all the changes you want at once, so I do not miss anything. After the piece is completed, I do NOT offer a second round of edits.3. Content Useage
Your piece is yours to keep and use as you please- with the limitation of commercial profit, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Reuploading is OK- as long as clear, proper credit is given. If you are unsure about using a piece in a certain way, you can always ask me. Submitting your piece (or any of my work) to LLMs (or any other generative software) is strictly prohibited.4. Reference Material
Please have a visual reference of your design/character available. I do not work with solely written descriptions, and I do not offer design services. I am fine with artistic liberty pose and composition wise, but please have a visual reference for your character available. The more the better! If your visual reference is incomplete, PLEASE be advise me of everything you'd like me to know about your character's design prior to beginning. In cases with very little reference material, I may waive your ability to request changes, as your reference is not complete for me to use. If you only have a complete SFW referece- that's ok! Just tell me exactly what you want drawn genetalia wise, so that I do not have to ask! Be clear about what you want- I don't feel comfortable guessing your character's sex!
I do NOT accept any reference material created or altered with generative LLM software. Please take your business elsewhere.5. TOS Breakage
If you are found to be in violation of my TOS, or request a piece with a subject matter on my "WILL NOT DRAW" list, I reserve the right to block and cease communications, and if necessary cancel and refund commissions. If your piece has been started and you then break the TOS, you are not eligible for a refund. If I find your demeanor to be unprofessional, inappropriate, offensive, or in any way disturbing I reserve the right to refuse and cancel services, and take legal action if necessary.
